Mount the lid bridge

 

This job requires time and some basic skills.

 

If you do not want to use the construction then do not mount it.

 

The player will work without the bridge/lid.  construction.  Drawback is that the player needs to know that a new disc is loaded. It means you need to read the table of contents from the disc. It can be done by  operating the lid switch or by switching the player on and off for a short moment.
