Orders are to be placed by means of  normal mail, fax or email.

 

All communication will be logged by fax or email.

· Supply of parts only takes place after receipt of prepayment,

· Payment by Paypal will induce an extra of 4% to the total costs. 

· There is no warranty on the parts. (ESD risk) Mechanisms are pre-tested before shipment.

· Spare parts are only available for maximum 3 months.

· Transportation/handling costs will be fixed with the proforma invoice

· UPS shipments are insured and can be traced via internet

· Registered mail shipments are NOT insured and at risk of customer. They  can’t be traced direct.

· It is possible in the EEC to ask for an insurance on the shipping of parts via registered mail

· Display parts /display pcb’s are NOT offered as separate items,  only together with the PRO modules.

Goods will be invoiced with VAT  for EEC customers. Ask for a proforma invoice. This will give you the costs inclusive shipment etc. Note that you need to give input for the proforma invoice by means of a detailed parts request.  Local taxes or import taxes in your country are not included in the price. There is no export fee and there are no additional export costs. The charge of export documents is included in the UPS price.

 

Costs can be calculated easily with the downloadable excel file. After receipt of the order you will receive a Proforma invoice. This will be a pdf file.

 

 

In the proforma invoice you will find our bank details and paypal email address.

They are not revealed via the web.
